Universal Life Force Guarantee and Return Policy
Every product you purchase from this Website comes with a 30–day money–back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from this Website, simply return the unused portion within 30 days from the date you received the product for a refund of your original purchase price, less shipping and handling and applicable taxes. For products purchased on an auto–shipment plan, the money–back guarantee only applies to first–time shipments, and does not apply to subsequent purchases of the same product.
Before a refund can be issued, you must first contact Universal Life Force Customer Service at 1-877-277-2216 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Kartner Health will issue a refund for the original purchase price, less shipping and handling and applicable taxes, within 30 days after we have received your returned product returned with an RMA number and in accordance with our return instructions
